NEW PRESIDENT AND CEO FOR MEDFILES

The current CEO and President of Medfiles, Tuija Keinonen, has announced her resignation effective as of 30 April 2020.

Medfiles announces the appointment of Gregory Ambra as CEO and Norifumi Ninokata as President and CFO of the company, effective 1 May 2020.

Mr. Ambra currently serves as the CEO of DZS Clinical Services, Inc., located in New Jersey, United States. Both DZS and Medfiles are wholly owned subsidiaries of WDB Holdings Co., Ltd., based in Japan. For the last two years, Medfiles and DZS have collaborated on multiple projects and initiatives.

Mr. Ninokata will serve as President and CFO of the organisation. He is currently serving as President of DZS Clinical Services, Inc. Mr. Ninokata joined the WDB Group in Japan in 2005 and has been involved in multiple acquisitions, including both Medfiles and DZS.

Tuija Keinonen will continue to collaborate with the organisation as a member of the Global Scientific Advisory Board. In this role, she will provide high-level strategic and scientific advice to the executive management team.

During the last 30 years as President and CEO, Tuija Keinonen has gained great confidence and support from both the staff and the board.
